Joss Stone has teamed up with rap duo Clipse, to record a song for each of their forthcoming albums.

Stone and Clipse, consisting of brothers Malice and Pusha-T, have recorded a song for Stone’s new album, the follow-up to last year’s 'Introducing Joss Stone'.

The singer has also contributed vocals to a track on Clipse’s forthcoming album, due out in June and rumoured to be titled 'Spirit Of Corruption'.

The duo and Stone have already released a track on 'Randy Jackson's Music Club, Volume 1' album, entitled 'Just Walk On By'.

However, Clipse’s contribution was cut from the final version of the track.

Stone has kept a low profile in the UK since her badly-received speech at last year’s Brit Awards, where she reportedly spoke in an American accent.

However, her fame has increased in the US.

The Shockwaves NME Awards 2008 take place this Thursday (February 28) at a special ceremony in London. Follow all the action here, head to NME.COM/awardsvote for full details.
