Bon Jovi guitarist arrested for drunk driving

Richie Sambora taken into custody in Laguna Beach

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora was arrested for drunk driving in California last night.

Sambora was arrested at 11pm after police saw him driving 'erratically' and pulled him over. He failed police sobriety tests and was taken to Laguna Beach police station where he opted for a blood test as opposed to a breathaliser, says TMZ.

He was released at 4am.

The guitarist completed two stints in rehab last year, one in June at UCLA Medical Center and the second in September at Cirque Lodge in Utah.
