Liam Gallagher, Nicole Appleton, Peaches Geldof, Alexa Chung, Pearl Lowe, Jaime Winstone and Noel Fielding joined Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts at The Rolling Stones' 'Shine A Light' movie premiere at Leicester Square's Odeon cinema (various).

Jagger left early, however, thought to be heading for the Arsenal and Liverpool UEFA Champions League match. (Daily Mirror).

Britney Spears soaked herself in bottled water during an attention-seeking drive around Hollywood (Daily Star).

The Pigeon Detectives fell victim to the Heathrow T5 baggage fiasco – losing all their guitars and clobber at the airport (Daily Mirror).

Calvin Harris was also caught up in the chaos, losing the only copy of his new album. He's threatened to set fire to airport bosses in retaliation (The Sun).

Sugababes' Keisha Buchanan partied with Coronation Street devil child David Platt at Manchester's Red Door Club, after the girl-band's gig at Manchester Apollo (Daily Mirror).
