Bret Michaels accused of wrecking house

'Rock Of Love' home suffers major damage

Bret Michaels accused of wrecking house

'Rock Of Love' reality star Bret Michaels has been named in a breach of contract lawsuit brought by the owner of the house where the TV show is filmed.

The former Poison frontman was not part of the original lawsuit suing Mindless Entertainment Inc. , who produce the show.

However, after producers said they did not monitor the rocker's behaviour in the house 24 hours a day, the property's owner Ray Sahranavard added the singer to the suit for breach of contract, fraud, negligence and negligent misrepresentation.

According to Sahranavard, the $9 million Encino, California, house was damaged to the tune of $380,000 with holes in the walls and ceilings, dying plants and the interior repainted, reports eonline.com.

Sahranavard said Mindless Entertainment had not only committed to looking after the house properly, but they also promised they would take out an additional $3 million in liability insurance, which they did not.
