Bon Jovi guitarist endangered child, cops say

Richie Sambora may have risked his daughter's safety

California police are recommending that Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora be charged with child endangerment.

The recommendation stems from Sambora's arrest in Laguna Beach on March 25 for alleged drunk driving. When he was pulled over, his 10-year-old daughter, Ava, was reportedly in the car, along with another young girl.

"We did ask for a misdemeanor child endangerment charge to be filed against him," Sergeant Jason Kravitz told E! News. "We also recommended they charge him with misdemeanor DUI."

The decision will ultimately be left up to the Orange County District Attorney's Office.

Sambora is currently touring the US with Bon Jovi. He is due to appear in court for his arraignment May 7.

Ava's mother is actress Heather Locklear, Sambora's ex-wife.

He surely need to be hanged for this, surely. If he gets away with anything less than the death penalty then i'll be shocked. Cmon... do us a favour and get rid of this band once and for all!
