NME Awards USA kicks off in Los Angeles

Stars including Mark Ronson, Klaxons and The Killers all at the ceremony

NME Awards USA kicks off in Los Angeles

The first ever NME Awards USA have kicked off tonight (April 23) at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles.

Guests including supermodel Agyness Deyn, Mark Ronson, Klaxons, Justice, Jane's Addiction, The Killers and Sienna Miller have gathered ahead of curtain up for the awards.

Har Mar Superstar opened the proceedings with a live performance of 'Tall Boy', sporting a rather fetching cowboy-style tassled waistcoat.

The show is being hosted by actor Jim Jeffries, and NME.COM will be bringing you exclusive news pictures and blogs throughout the ceremony.
