Guns 'N Roses man launches new clothing line in LA
The stars come out to support Matt Sorum
Guns N' Roses drummer Matt Sorum officially launched his new line of clothing at a star-studded grand opening of his Sorum Noce boutique in Los Angeles last night (May 14).
The famed drummer, who also plays for Velvet Revolver, has teamed up with designer Max Noce to put out a line of men's clothing with a rock 'n roll edge.
"I was stressed a little earlier, I've been working on it for three years," Sorum told NME.COM. "It's been a major undertaking and I helped design the shop myself. It's English parlour meets French bordello," he laughed.
Guests at the grand opening included Duff McKagan of Guns N' Roses, Paul Cook of the Sex Pistols, and Billy Duffy and Billy Morrison of The Cult.
Sorum also told NME.COM that Velvet Revolver are still actively looking for a new singer since the departure of Scott Weiland last month. "We'll find someone eventually," he said.
