Gorillaz have been added to the Creamfields 08 line-up.
The 'cartoon' group will play under the Gorillaz Sound System moniker.
The soundsystem experience will feature 360-degree Gorillaz visuals delivered from 20 old-school projectors accompanying four DJs.
The dance music festival will take place on August 23-24 in Daresbury, Halton, Cheshire.
Cut Copy, Clik Clik, Freelance Hellraiser, David E Sugar, Cassette Jam, Rich Reason, Tom Piper and Brendon Long have also been added to the bill.
Also, the BBC Introducing Bus will feature unsigned acts and some Radio 1 DJs.
