The Zombies announce North American tour

Legends will hit the road in July

The Zombies have announced details of a North American tour, kicking off July 3 in Detroit at the Comerica CityFest.

The 1960s legends who reformed in 2006 after 30 years, are comprised of two original members – Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent plus three additional musicians, bassist Jim Rodford (formerly of ARGENT and The Kinks), Rodford’s son Steve on drums, and session guitarist Keith Airey.

The original band reunited in March of this year to play a special performance of their classic 1968 ‘Odessey and Oracle’ album at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire . All original members were present, except Paul Atkinson who died in 2004.
