Kate Nash, Shed Seven and Maximo Park set for Scottish Festival

Lostprophets, Dizzee Rascal and Digitalism also on The Edge's bill

Kate Nash, Shed Seven, Maximo Park and a whole load of other bands are to play Edinburgh's The Edge Festival this summer.

The event, taking place in venues across the Scottish capital, from August 1 to 27 will see 50 performances from a range of acts.

Starting off the celebrations this year will be Ratatat, who are opening the festival with a gig at Edinburgh's Cabaret Voltaire on August 1.

Tickets go on sale Friday (June 6).
