New Kids On The Block add more shows to tour

Former heart-throbs beef up North American trek

New Kids On The Block have added more dates to their looming reunion tour, which kicks off in Toronto, Canada.

The former 1980’s boyband will play almost 50 shows on the trek, and will be opened by British pop star Natasha Bedingfield.

Shows have been added in Sacramento, CA, Albuquerque, NM, and Charlotte, NC and will see the band perform material from a reunion album, set to be released before the end of the year.

In addition to their own material, the band have reportedly joined forces with New Edition for a track, says people.com.

New Kids On The Block were one of the most successful boy-bands of the decade, having sold over 70 million albums.
