Lil' Wayne in court no-show for drugs charges
Judge rescheduled appearance for October
Lil' Wayne is in trouble in Arizona, after missing a scheduled court appearance for possession of drugs.
Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, failed to appear in court in Yuma, AZ earlier this week to face charges of possession of ecstasy, cocaine and marijuana.
Despite Wayne using an unspecified medical condition as an excuse for his absence, the judge in the case said he was not excused for the non-appearance, instead rescheduling the hearing for later this year.
The drugs were allegedly found on Wayne's tour bus in January of this year, and he was arrested. He pleaded not guilty to drugs and weapons in charges in May.
The new court date has been rescheduled for October.
