Guns N' Roses tribute band to boycott 'inferior' 'Chinese Democracy' songs
UK group don't believe new album will be up to standard
A Guns N' Roses tribute band have said they expect to boycott tracks from the band's forthcoming album 'Chinese Democracy' because they won't compare well with the band's classics.
Although not ruling out covers altogether UK Guns N' Roses are not hopeful about the much-delayed album, which will eventually be released on November 24.
"We're undecided as to whether or not we play any of the new Guns material next year as we feel it probably won't be anywhere near the work by the original, and best line-up (in our humble opinion)," they explained in a mailout. "So we're thinking of naming the New Year tour the 'Stick To Your Guns Tour 09'."
