Radiohead, Johnny Marr, Neil Finn team up for charity album, gigs Radiohead Tickets

Wilco will also join in for 'Worlds Collide' follow-up

Radiohead's Ed O'Brien and Phil Selway are set to team up once again with Neil Finn for the follow-up to 2001’s ‘Worlds Collide’ album to raise money for Oxfam.

Johnny Marr, Sebastian Steinberg, Lisa Germano and Liam Finn are also returning to the project, and this time will be joined by Jeff Tweedy, John Stirrat, Glenn Kotche and Pat Sansone from Wilco, as well as New Zealand songwriters Bic Runga and Don McGlashan.

The acts will come together to record ‘Seven Worlds Collide’ in Auckland's Roundhead Studios, and the album will be accompanied by a series of concerts to take place in the New Zealand city early next year.

A live album, ‘Worlds Collide’ was released in 2001 by singer/songwriter Neil Finn. The record was comprised of tracks taken from five shows performed in April of that year at the St James Theatre in Auckland.

Eddie Vedder, Betchadupa were among the acts to join Neil Finn for the 2001 series.

More acts will be added to the ‘Seven Worlds Collide’ line-up in the coming weeks. Stay tuned to NME.COM for details.
