My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way has announced that he is about to become a first-time father.
The singer's representative told the Associated Press that he and his wife Lindsey, the bassist for the band Mindless Self Indulgence, are expecting their first baby in early summer 2009.
The couple were married on September 4, 2007 at a ceremony that took place backstage at a concert in Denver.
