Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers for Obama inauguration kids' concert

Teen sensations Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers are set to headline a concert for kids on the eve of US President-elect Barack Obama's inauguration.

Also on the bill for the event, which honours US military families, are Usher, Billy Ray Cyrus and Bow Wow.

The concert is set to take place in Washington DC on January 19 and will be hosted by future first lady Michelle Obama, Vice President Elect Joe Biden's wife Jill, and their families.

Tickets to the event were distributed to families through the US Department of Defense and through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, reports the Associated Press.

As previously reported, Beyonce, Bono and Bruce Springsteen a will perform at this Sunday's (January 18) official inauguration party. Stevie Wonder, Usher, Shakira, James Taylor, Sheryl Crow and Josh Groban are also on the bill for the gig at Lincoln Memorial. Country superstar Garth Brooks, Mary J. Blige and John Legend will also perform at the celebration.
