The Los Angeles City Attorney has charged Kanye West with three criminal misdemeanors in connection with an incident that took place last September.
West was charged with vandalism, battery, and grand theft after he allegedly broke a paparazzo's camera equipment as he left LAX. His manager Don Crowley has also been charged, and he faces two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft.
The pair could both be sentenced to jail time if convicted. West could do up to two and a half years, while Crowley could get five years, reports TMZ.
An arraignment has been scheduled for April 14.
