Guns N' Roses man to play Download Festival

Duff McKagan among new additions to the bill

Guns N' Roses man Duff McKagan is to play this year's Download Festiva.

The ex-bassist will play the Donington event with new group Loaded.

Opeth, You Me At Six and Lawnmower Deth are also among the latest additions to the bill for the festival which takes place between June 12-14.

Guns N' Roses at Canter's Deli, LA, June 1985, after their return from a disastrous tour of Seattle and Oregon, booked by bassist Duff McKagan. The band's van broke down and they had to hitch-hike back, penniless, to LA, stealing crops from farmland to stave off hunger.
