'One Of My Kind' is hoping to raise money for charity

Conor Oberst And The Mystic Valley Band to screen documentary online

A documentary about Conor Oberst And The Mystic Valley Band is to be released online on April 15.

The documentary, called 'One Of My Kind', was shot by the band's guitar-tech Phil Schaffart, and follows their career for the past 18 months.

The band and Schaffart opted to make the documentary free to view and download in high definition from a number of websites, including the charity social networking site Causecast.org.

A statement from the band said that although the film is available for free, they hope fans will donate to the charities and non-profit organisations affiliated with Causecast.

'One Of My Kind' will also be available to view at IFC.com, and Conoroberst.com.

Conor Oberst And The Mystic Valley Band's new album 'Outer South' is set to be released on May 5.

A free download of album track 'Nikorette' is available now on Conoroberst.com.
