Band previewed new track at the White House on July 4
Foo Fighters debuted a brand new track for President Obama and military heroes at a special concert at the White House in Washington D.C. on Saturday (July 4).
The families of the heroes were also present for the gig which took place on the South Lawn of the famous residence, and saw the band debut ‘Wheels’, which is one of two new songs Foo Fighters have recorded with producer Butch Vig.
The tracks will appear on an as-yet untitled collection which is set to be release in November, and were recorded at the band’s own 606 studio complex.
Over 1200 troops and their families attended the Independence Day event which included a barbecue and fireworks display.
