Interpol and Metric singers team up - video
Emily Haines stars in new Julian Plenti video
Interpol frontman Paul Banks' solo project Julian Plenti has released a video for the track 'Games For Days', which stars Metric frontwoman Emily Haines.
The video, which can be watched below, was directed by Javier Aguilera and features a jealous/ blackmail plot involving Banks, who plays two roles - both tormentor and victim.
Meanwhile Haines plays a wigged femme fatale accomplice.
"My co-stars were phenomenal," Banks told Spinner. "Emily and Andre [his alter-ego's alter ego] are magnetic to say the least. Javier and I had a great time discussing film influences. [British director Nicolas] Roeg and [French director Jean-Pierre] Melville were top of the list."
Julian Plenti's debut album, 'Julian Plenti Is...Skyscraper', came out this week.
