Calling video and filmmakers - want to work for NME?
We're looking for someone to work with us over the summer on NME.COM video
NME is looking for a talented freelance video assistant to work on its award-winning website NME.COM.
This role is an opportunity for a freelancer to join the editorial team over this summer and work on video content including interviews, festival reports, documentaries and photoshoot footage.
Expert knowledge of filming and editing is a must and applicants should be able to:
-Shoot and edit prolific video content
-Help develop NME Video and grow it into the best source of online music editorial video content
-Develop new regular feature ideas
-Work with NME staff to grow journalists’ proficiency in video creation and editing
-Have expert technical knowledge of using video equipment and editing packages
This is an entry-level freelance role that would best suit a student, recent graduate or someone keen to get into the media industry.
