Madonna's $2,545 bra has gone missing from a photoshoot, according to Billboard.

The underwear was made by New York-based Deborah Marquit and was one of several items to disappear from the shoot for boutique L'uomo Vogue. Staff at the lingerie label told the New York Police Department that other items, including a $345 thong and pair of briefs costing $515, were taking at around midnight on March 20.

A rep for Marquit wrote: "We received only 13 pieces back of the 34 that were loaned to the shoot, and the rest were either lost or stolen because we never got them back. Deborah would just like the samples found and returned."

Marquit's designs have been worn by the likes of Rihanna, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, while Madonna has previously worn the designer's vinyl bras several times, including on the cover of Esquire magazine.

Madonna and her team have yet to comment on the incident.
