Noel Gallagher has again criticised Adele's music.

The former Oasis man previously dismissed the British singer as producing "music for grannies", now telling GQ that he is categorically "not a fan" of the record-breaking star.

"Adele? I'm not a fan," he said. "She always comes on the radio when I’m having my cornflakes. 'Hello?' No, fuck off!"

Previously, Gallagher said of Adele: "If someone wants to know what I think of Adele, I’ll fucking tell them… I just don’t see what all the fuss is about. I don’t like her music. I think it’s music for fucking grannies."

Gallagher also added that he considers Adele to be part of a "sea of cheese" ruining modern music. "Music has nosedived into fucking blandness," he said.

Elsewhere in the GQ interview, Gallagher discussed reality TV offers that he's turned down over the course of his career.

"I’ve been offered [to be a judge on] the X Factor twice and - right after I left Oasis - Strictly Come Dancing [too]. Just i-fucking-magine."

Noel Gallagher recently issued an update on his next album, which was in part inspired by David Bowie.

"I'm in the studio at the minute," Gallagher has told Rolling Stone. "I'm in the middle of fucking about."

"I'm doing some stuff that, this time in particular, will get really, properly ignored in America," he added. "I don't just mean ignored like the rest of 'em. I mean properly ignored. That's what I'm aiming for: total, total anonymity. I'm sick and tired of being in New York and being pestered by one person a month. That's gotta fucking stop."

Gallagher also admitted that one of his new songs borrows from Bowie's 'The Jean Genie'. "I've nicked a little bit of that," Gallagher said. "The 'woo-hoo!'. You'll hear that sooner or later in one of my tracks."
