A preview of Oasis new single 'The Shock Of The Lightning' has been uploaded to YouTube.

The clip of the song comes after a short compilation of the band's releases to date, including 'Rock 'N' Roll Star', 'Don't Look Back In Anger' and 'Lyla'.

The section of 'The Shock Of The Lightning' previewed appears to feature the song's intro and a verse.

The song is set to be released as a single on September 29, ahead of the band's seventh studio album 'Dig Out Your Soul', which is out on October 6.
