Oasis are offering fans the opportunity to be immortalised with their heroes in a video of their WEMBLEY STADIUM shows (July 21, 22)... by doing nothing more than sitting at home watching television.

The band's official website www.oasisnet.com are calling on fans to set their camcorders for 8.30pm on Saturday night (July 22) and record everything that happens during the course of the show as they go about their normal evening.

"Sing along, have a drink, snog your girl/boyfriend, play some air guitar, channel surf - whatever, just get it all on tape," comes the request.

It continues by saying that an address to where the tapes can be sent will appear in the near future. Once the best clips have been chosen the senders will receive a free copy of the resultant video.

Oasis will be joined at both Wembley dates by fellow Mancs Happy Mondays and Doves. Saturday night's show will be broadcast on satellite channel Sky One, kicking off at 9.30, allowing an hour time-lag after the band take to the stage.

Meanwhile Happy Mondays warm up for the two huge concerts with a gig tonight (July 20) at the Shepherd's Bush Empire.

A review of the show will appear on nme.com tomorrow morning.
