Oasis are set to top the first ever UK live music chart this week.
The Manchester band triumphed over Number Two group Kings Of Leon in the chart, which compiles data from 'online exchanges', such as eBay, Seatwave and Viagogo, to see who is the most popular live draw.
Speaking to The Observer, Will Muirhead of chart organisers Tixdaq.com said: "Live music has traditionally played second fiddle to records. The Tixdaq.com chart reflects the importance of live music as the fastest-growing sector of the music market."
The chart will be published each week in the industry magazine Music Week.
