Noel Gallagher has laughed off plans for a musical based on the songs of Oasis.
The guitarist has revealed that it had been suggested that a musical could be staged in the vein of the Queen musical 'We Will Rock You'.
However, he branded the idea for the show, which would have been called 'Live Forever' as "ludicrous".
Speaking to BBC 6Music, Gallagher said: “It wold have been funny to have that theatre with Freddie Mercury in front (but instead) a big Liam with his hands behind his back.”
“Live Forever aka Mad For It The Musical. The rags to riches story of four lads from Burnage who shook the end of the street.”
