Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore and Jim O'Rourke will join forces to present a live Norwegian radio show tonight, November 30.

O'Rourke and Moore will present the second hour of the Roxrevyen programme - sort of Norway's answer to The Evening Session - to play and discuss their favourite albums of the decade.

The show airs between 8.04 and 11pm GMT + 1 hour across the whole of Norway and parts of Sweden. Listeners from other countries can hear the show by visiting the station's website where the broadcast can be heard in streaming media.

While in Oslo, Moore and O'Rourke will also play two exclusive live shows at the So What! club. These are expected to feature a new 20 minute film made by Moore himself and more information is available from www.sowhat.no.

Meanwhile, Jim O'Rourke releases his first new material since his acclaimed 'Eureka' album on December 6. The EP, 'Halfway To A Threeway', features four new songs and will be released through Domino. O'Rourke will be touring the UK in May, but no dates have yet been announced. Sonic Youth's new album 'SYR4 - Goodbye 20th Century' is out this week on their own Smells Like records.
