Orbital announce April 2012 UK tour – ticket details

Orbital have announced a UK tour for April next year.

The electro veterans are currently working on their eighth studio album, which is also due for release in April. The record will be their first studio album since 2004's 'Blue Album' and their first since they returned from an indefinite hiatus. They will play six dates across the UK on the tour.

The trek begins at Manchester's Academy on April 5 and runs until April 10, when the duo headline London's Royal Albert Hall.

The band have also released a new track from their as yet untitled new album. You can hear the song, which is titled 'Never', by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking. The track is also available for free download from the duo's official website Orbitalofficial.com.
