Outkast's Big Boi has denied there is any "beef" between him and his bandmate Andre 3000.

The rapper had seemingly made disparaging remarks about his fellow hip-hop star in an interview with the Village Voice, but later took to Twitter to insist his comments had been "sarcastic" and accused people discussing a feud between the pair of being as "slow as hell".

When asked why Andre 3000 would not be featuring on his new solo album 'Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumours', he replied:

He could've been on any song he wanted to. I gave the motherfucker about 5 songs, but I guess he was just too busy. He said he had to do some Gillette shit. No for real. He said he had some contractual obligations.

However, speaking later on Twitter, he clarified: "The Gillete Statement was me being Sarcastic, man y'all slow as hell, No Beef between me and Stacks. No More Outkast ?'s will be answered."

Earlier this week, Andre 3000 admitted that he doesn't know if he'll release any new music again. "Things are kind of up in the air with me, and some days, I feel like yeah, I'll do it," he said. "Some days, I feel like, I don't. I don't know the future of music right now. I have no idea what I do. I honestly don't."

Big Boi, meanwhile, will release 'Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumours' on December 1, which will be the follow-up to his 2010 effort 'Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty'. The rapper recently debuted a new track from the record, titled 'Lines', which is a collaboration with A$AP Rocky.
