P Diddy has revealed that his next studio album will be released on June 22.
The rapper revealed the date on his Twitter page, Twitter.com/iamdiddy. He told MTV News that Lil Wayne and Drake guest on the record, which will be titled 'Last Train To Paris'.
The star explained that Lil Wayne appears on the song 'Strobe Lights', and that he was attempting to get Jay-Z to guest too. "On 'Last Train To Paris', Wayne is on the album, Drake is on the album, we're trying to get Hov [Jay-Z] on the album, trying to get Janelle Monae on the album," he said.
He added, "Everybody that's on the album, it's not done in a regular appearance way. It's done in a unique way that's authentic. It's not about a single or album sales. It doesn't have that behind it."
He went on to say that 'Strobe Lights' sees Lil Wayne, who yesterday (March 8) began his one-year jail term for gun crime, "talking about love and how love has affected him. That's the type of things I wanted to get out of people if they were on the album".
'Last Train To Paris' will be P Diddy's first studio album since 2006's 'Press Play'.
