Band to hit the road in March in support of debut album '180'

Palma Violets have revealed details of a UK tour set to take place in March of this year.

The band will hit the road in support of their debut album '180', which due for release in February. The short tour will begin in Exeter at the Lemon Grove venue with further dates in Cambridge, Sheffield, Middlesbrough and Oxford included on the tour.

The stint will take place after Palma Violets finish up on the 2013 NME Awards Tour alongside Peace, Miles Kane and headliners Django Django.

Titled '180', after the house in Lambeth in London where the band have become notorious for throwing impromptu gigs and parties, Palma Violet’s debut is set for release on February 25, 2013 via Rough Trade. The album features the single 'Best of Friends', which was voted Number One in NME's Best Tracks of 2012.
