Papa Roach are being sued by their old drummer, who claims that the band owe him royalties.
David Buckner also argues that the group borrowed $210,000 from a bank without him knowing and says that he wants the court to dissolve the band, reports Billboard.biz.
It was announced online in January 2008 that Buckner had left the group for personal reasons.
Universal Music Group, Cherry Lane Music Publishing and Papa Roach have made no comment.
