Papa Roach offer Download their Last Resort
Jacoby Shaddix takes a swipe at Paris Hilton and Britney Spears
Papa Roach got Download to get their "devil-horns in the air" as they warmed up for Trivium on the Second Stage this evening (June 14).
Coming onstage at 7.20pm [BST], the Californian four-piece played a short nine-song set, opening with 'Between Angels And Insects' before going on to play songs from throughout their six-album career.
Frontman Jacoby Shaddix also took the opportunity to take a swipe at celebrities, asking fans if anyone was tired of Paris Hilton and "Shitney Spears" before playing 'Hollywood Whore' from their new album 'Metamorphosis'.
He also seemed surprised at the British sunshine, telling the crowd "you must not be used to this beautiful weather!"
At the end of the set, they played two songs for the "old-school Papa Roach fans" which included 'Dead Cell' from their 2000 'Infest' album and the well-known 'Last Resort' of the same LP, which incited head-banging among the masses and loud singing of the chorus.
