Paramore have cancelled the remaining dates of their European tour, due to 'internal issues'.

The group were due to play in Portsmouth, Nottingham and Glasgow next week, but have flown back to the US to sort out their problems.

In a posting on Paramore’s official site, singer Hayley Williams apologised for the cancellations, saying: “There are a lot of internal issues that have been going on in this band for quite a while now. Unfortunately we weren’t able to keep it together long enough to make it through 'til the end of this tour.

“We really feel that taking this time is going to give us a chance to get away and work out our personal issues at home and on our own terms. We just aren't willing to risk the life of our band over one tour.”

The cancelled dates are as follows:

Hamburg Grunspan (Feb 23)
Berlin Lido (24)
Portsmouth Guildhall (26)
Nottingham Rock City (27)
Glasgow Academy (28)

hahahaha well, if only their fans consolidated themselves with some GOOD music. There should be some sort of paramore therapy where we stick a bunch of people in a room and make them listen to decent music

according to some forums i have seen its due to the fact Hayley Williams was dating the guitarist and they have now split up, and doing so has caused the arguments

Paramore arent splittin up, Hayley posted it on there site.They were havin a few problems.Doesnt every band once in a while???
It looks like most of you are propaa stero-typical.
Paramore are hardly propaa Emo.
And how are they the same as Avril Lavigne, just coz they have a girl singer???
Everyone has different opinions on music, if you dont like Paramore, then get on with ya life dont bother makin stupid comments about em.

Im well gutted about me cancellin, I love their music (and its not too look cool)

If anything they'll probably stay together so that hundreds of die hard paramore fans won't kill themselves.
it's beyond stupid, i mean why would you get that upset about a band cancelling a few gigs.
every band has issues.

Leahhs right it does saii it on their syte they may be haviin problems buhh it dnt mean they have to cancell tour they can rescedule!!!

Nd ne way emos arent emos to look cool they just need a reason to act like that so they TRY make gangs ....it dont mean that all emos are cool buhh most of em are ...

That's a load of rubbish. I can't believe people waste their time writing stupid comments like these. Paramore aren't the same as Avril Lavigne, their music isn't the same or anything about them! I agree with x-Leahh, there isn't anything wrong with Paramore, and so what if they are emo or aren't emo? You can't say people will kill themselves if they split up, that's just making fun of the label which you brand people, I don't believe in labels anyway, you don't have to put people into catogorys.
