Parquet Courts have announced details of a new EP as well as a one-off London date this Monday (August 19).

The US band, who released their debut album 'Light Up Gold' earlier this year, will headline east London venue Old Blue Last as a warm-up for their performances at the Reading and Leeds festivals the following weekend (August 23-25). The gig is free, and fans are urged to arrive early in order to get into the small venue.

The announcement of the gig comes on the same day as the punk band reveal new song 'You've Got Me Wonderin' Now', taken from new EP 'Tally The Things You Broke', which will be released on October 7 via What's Your Rupture?. The five-track EP includes 'The More It Works', which the band have been playing live during recent live shows. Scroll down to hear 'You've Got Me Wondering Now'. Pick up a copy of next week's NME to read an exclusive interview with the band, revealing all about their new EP as well as plans for their next full-length album.

The 'Tally All the Things That You Broke EP' tracklisting is:

'You’ve Got Me Wonderin' Now'
'Descend (The Way)'
'The More It Works'
'Fall on Yr Face'
'He’s Seein’ Paths'

Parquet Courts will play at this weekend's Green Man festival on a bill which also includes The Horrors, Fuck Buttons, Villagers and Swans alongside headliners Kings of Convenience, Band of Horses and Ben Howard.
