Parquet Courts announce new album and track 'Sunbathing Animal' – listen

US band stream first track from forthcoming second album

Parquet Courts have announced details of new album 'Sunbathing Animal.' Scroll down to hear the title track now.

As previously reported, the single version of 'Sunbathing Animal' will be released on Record Store Day, which this year falls on April 19. The song will come backed by B-side 'Pilgrims To Nowhere' and will be available on 7-inch vinyl next month.

An album of the same name will then follow on June 2. The full tracklisting for the record can be seen below, as well as Parquet Courts' upcoming UK tour dates.

'Sunbathing Animal' follows the release of debut album 'Light Up Gold' and EP 'Tally All The Things You Broke' in 2013.

Parquet Courts will tour in June before appearances at Longitude and Latitude festivals in July. The group will start their short tour in Glasgow before taking in shows in London, Liverpool and Birmingham, with a final date in Oxford on June 26.
