Patrick Wolf plans European and US tour

'The Magic Position' hits Stateside in May

Patrick Wolf has announced a string of European dates, as well as three shows in New York.

Wolf's new album, 'The Magic Position', was released in February in the UK, and is due out on May 1 in the US.

The troubadour will play New York's Hiro Ballroom on April 5, as well as two dates in Brooklyn on April 6 and 7.

He'll make a stop in London on April 11 for one night at the Astoria before heading to Europe for dates in cities including [B]Malaga, Lisbon and Berlin. He'll wrap things up at Austria's Donau Festival on April 27.

The tour comes on the heels of several recent dates supporting Arcade Fire.
