Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills is set to judge an American beauty pageant next month, it was announced today (March 31).

Mills, who recently raised her US profile as a contestant on the hit American television programme 'Dancing With The Stars', will be among the celebrity judges on the televised Miss USA Pageant, set to take place on April 11.

She will sit alongside judges including actor/comedian Rob Schneider, actor/musician Joey Fatone, actress Kristian Alfonso, Olympic-champion swimmer Amanda Beard, actress Kelly Carlson and San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman, reports the Associated Press.

Donny and Marie Osmond will host the pageant, which takes place in Las Vegas.

Mills recently reached a high-profile divorce settlement with the Beatles legend, as previously reported.
