Paul McCartney, Simon Cowell see fortunes soar in Sunday Times Rich List 2010

Cheryl Cole, Lily Allen and Craig David feature in young music millionaires list

Paul McCartney, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Simon Cowell have seen their fortunes soar in this year's Sunday Times Rich List Music Millionaires.

The list, published this Sunday (April 25) sees Edgar Bronfman, the chairman and chief executive of the Warner Music Group, leap to the top with £1,640 million on account of him moving to the UK from the US.

Paul McCartney is at fifth in the list, with an amassed fortune of £475 million. Simon Cowell has seen his fortune rise by over £40 million to £165 million.

Meanwhile, The Top Young Rich List Music Millionaires (aged 30 and under) is topped by Charlotte Church, Katherine Jenkins and Leona Lewis, all of whom have an estimated fortune of £11 million each. They beat the likes of Lily Allen, Duffy and Paolo Nutini.
