Paul McCartney reveals 'New' album artwork
Album features production by Mark Ronson, Paul Epworth and Ethan Johns
The image, which you can see above, will accompany the former Beatles star's new solo album when it is released on October 14. The full tracklisting to the new album, detailing which songs producers such as Mark Ronson and Paul Epworth have worked on, was revealed earlier this month.
Titled 'New', the album features production from Ronson and Epworth as well as Ethan Johns, who has previously worked with Kings Of Leon and Laura Marling. Long-term McCartney collaborator Giles Martin also features on the album's production credits. Scroll down to see the full details now.
'New' has been announced for an October 14 release date. Listen to the album's Mark Ronson-produced title track and first single here.
Speaking to NME earlier this year, McCartney revealed that he found David Bowie's recent comeback inspiring. However, McCartney also explained that 'The Next Day' didn't inspire him directly when he was making 'New'. "By the time he'd released it I was a year into my album, so it wasn't a factor. I'm just in a very positive mood," McCartney said.
McCartney released his last studio album, 'Kisses On The Bottom', in February 2012.
The tracklisting for 'New' is as follows:
'Save Us' (produced by Paul Epworth)
'Alligator' (produced by Mark Ronson)
'On My Way to Work' (produced by Giles Martin)
'Queenie Eye' (produced by Paul Epworth)
