Paul Simon sues clock maker for misuse of his song

Paul Simon has filed a lawsuit against a musical clock distributor in Georgia, USA.

The company, a subsidiary of a Japanese clock maker called Rhythm USA Inc, has allegedly been using his song 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' without the singer's permission.

According to CMU Daily, Simon claims they have sold more than 40,000 clocks featuring the song and has filed for $10 million in damages.
