Paul Weller is in talks to design clothes for Liam Gallagher's Pretty Green company.

The former Jam man told BBC 6music that, in addition to the hook-up with the ex-Oasis man, he was planning his own line of garments.

"It's still early days really, trying to do a tie up with Pretty Green," he said. "Hopefully it's going to come off, I can't say for definite yet."

Speaking of his own potential line he added: "It's just what I like and what I would like to have in my wardrobe really, it's purely selfish."

Weller played London's Wembley Arena on Friday (December 10), bringing his sons onstage to collaborate with him.

Gallagher's new band Beady Eye are on the cover of this week's NME, available now on UK newsstands and digitally worldwide.
