Peaches follows Iggy Pop's lead for festival appearance

Peaches has told NME.COM that she followed old collaborator Iggy Pop's lead in playing this year's Get Loaded In The Park festival.

The dance dominatrix has joined the bill for the event, which takes place at Clapham Common in London on August 30.

Peaches joins the likes of Röyksopp, Felix Da Housecat, Rob da Bank and headliners Orbital at this year's event.

"Iggy did it last year (with his band The Stooges)," declared Peaches of why she was keen to play the inner city bash. "That's good enough for me!"

Pop duetted with Peaches on 'Kick It', a track from her 2003 album 'Fatherfucker'.
