AURAL TREAT FOR PEARL JAM FANS Pearl Jam Tickets
The American rockers play tracks from their new album at a show in a tiny US town...
Pearl Jam premiered material from their new album at a small club gig in BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON, on Wednesday night (May 10).
The band played ten tracks from their forthcoming album 'Binaural' at the show in the small town, which is just south of the Canadian border. The group played for almost two hours to a crowd of 1,500 fans, who bought tickets on the day of the gig.
For an encore, Pearl Jam vocalist Eddie Vedder took to the stage on his own and played an acoustic version of 'Soon Forget' from the new album, accompanied only by a ukulele.
One fan who was at the show told the official Pearl Jam website, [a][/a], "The light show for this was amazing and the band showed that no matter what, they are rock stars, and they love it. Stone was bobbing, Jeff was bouncing, Matt was out of control, while Mike and Ed were all over the stage. Seeing the band just excited to be playing, and playing hard was amazing!"
The full setlist for the show ran: 'Of The Girl', 'Grievance', 'Breakerfall', 'Nothing As It Seems', 'God's Dice', 'Light Years', 'Thin Air', 'Do The Evolution', 'Black', 'Red Mosquito', 'Daughter', 'Faithfull', 'Dead Man', 'MFC', 'Evacuation', 'Immortality', 'Corduroy', 'Wishlist', 'Insignificance', 'Go', 'Soon Forget' and 'Yellow Ledbetter'.
'Binaural' is released in the UK on May 23 through Epic. The band will also play a 28-date European tour supporting the release of the album, with UK dates at London Wembley Arena (May 29-30), Dublin Point Depot (June 1), Glasgow SECC (June 3), Manchester Evening News Arena (4) and Cardiff Arena (6).

Pearl Jam are also rumoured to be playing this year's Glastonbury Festival, although this is not yet confirmed.
