The are set to perform a free concert in a shipyard.
Playing their soundtrack for classic silent film 'Battleship Potemkin' backed by the Northern Sinfonia orchestra, the duo will play for 14,000 punters at the Swan Hunter yard in Wallsend, North Tyneside.

“When we came here two or three months ago there were two battleships parked there,” explained singer Neil Tennant of the choice of location. “It seems a very resonant place to do this in."
Pet Shop Boys have only performed the score live once before -last summer in Trafalgar Square, London.
