Pete Doherty is set to play three solo show at the Whitechapel Rhythm Factory in London just before Christmas.

The Babyshambles man is scheduled to play three gigs at the venue, on December 20, 21 and 22.

Doherty used to play gigs at the venue (pictured) throughout his career in The Libertines and has played there with his current band, Babyshambles, as well as his solo shows.

I saw Black Poets at Nambucca a couple of weeks back. Seriously good act on stage. Like Interpol vocals and J&MC reverbs etc etc. Sounds like it will be a good night. Pete doing solo stuff is truly at his best. All he needs is an acoustic and an intimate crowd. I'll be there for sure.
