Pete Doherty's appearance in Stroud Magistrates' Court today (June 12) has been delayed.

The Babyshambles man was set to face charges for driving and drugs offences after being arrested in Gloucester in the early hours of yesterday (June 11) morning after being stopped by police for driving erratically. He was detained by police and had been set to appear in court at 10am (BST) this morning.

However, his appearance has been delayed while his lawyers study CCTV footage, reports the Stroud News And Journal.

The star is still set to appear in court today.

utterly bored with all the doledrum comments, "lock em' up", "at it again", "do away with this waste". yeah he's at it again, livin the way he sees fit in that very moment. living the way that most of you pissed up sodders, too consumed by "responsibilities" to even follow the natural dictates lying deep within your heart, are too scared to do so. and no, im not sayin skag and top blonde are those dictates but livin free and not being hardened and chained down IS! lest we forget about those before him now legends and heros of old...Thunders, Richards, Perrett, Parsons, Williams, Jones, Hendrix, Cobain, i could go on and on and on. so all you little clunks struggling to play all the formers songs recognize the true sonic ability of the man in question and then F**K RIGHT OFF!
