Pete Doherty's appearance in Stroud Magistrates' Court today (June 12) has been delayed.
The Babyshambles man was set to face charges for driving and drugs offences after being arrested in Gloucester in the early hours of yesterday (June 11) morning after being stopped by police for driving erratically. He was detained by police and had been set to appear in court at 10am (BST) this morning.
However, his appearance has been delayed while his lawyers study CCTV footage, reports the Stroud News And Journal.
The star is still set to appear in court today.
